There are two medically proven penis enlargement methods that are safe and effective, and these are penis exercises and penis enlargement extender device.

The Jelq

The Jelq is probably the most common exercise for enlarging the girth and lengthening your penis, but it’s not the only exercise you need to perform. It is like ‘milking a cow’. Only, you milk your penis!

With this technique, blood circulation is improved, making your erections rock hard, and increase flaccid and erect size of your penis.

The basic idea of the Jelq is to stretch your ‘corpora cavernosa’ or the two main chambers. By gradually applying traction to your penis, you cause the cells to propagate, creating new cells, thus increasing the size of the chambers.

Though jelqing is a crucial exercise that you must include in your routine, there are also other exercises you need to perform for faster gains and overall improvement, like stretching.

Stretching also makes your penis longer and thicker.

The ligaments that connect the pubic bone to the shaft must also be exercised since there is an internal arched portion of the penis that can be extended by straightening it. Once straightened, the huge portion of the penile shaft is exposed, thus, making your penis visibly longer.

Keep in mind that, there are advanced exercises other than the stretching and the jelq.

Expected Gains

You have to understand that every individual is different, and therefore, have different body reactions, and that includes the penis as well.

Some gain half an inch in just a month while others need more time to see visible gains. It also depends on the way you perform each exercise.

Remember that overtraining can lead to slow gain or no gains at all. You need to follow instructions well so that you can see visible results in weeks.

From my experience, one of the disadvantages of doing penis enlargement exercises is it tends to be boring, especially if the routine takes a bit long to finish. But even so, even short exercises make me feel that I am just wasting my time and should do other productive things instead.

I think this is quite normal when you are starting since you are not seeing any gains yet, and therefore, you are less motivated. But once you get over that stage and start seeing gains, you will surely be inspired and push yourself to do it regularly.

Doing the jelq is also one thing that I find hard to accomplish since it gets me aroused after a few strokes, and instead of finishing the routine, I masturbate.

The best thing about these exercises though is that you can control the intensity. Plus, you don’t need to wear any device.

Penis Extender Devices

Penis extender devices have come a long way since the mid 1990’s. The first and the original device was the Jes-extender, which became the standard for all other penis traction devices.

Penis traction devices were actually made as post-operative aid for those who have undergonepenis lengthening surgery.

The surgeons later found out that the surgery did not extend the penis permanently, and others were even shortened.

So, to help them lengthen their penis permanently, they started using a penis traction device after the surgery.

By using it for at least seven hours a day over the course of six months to a year, they were able to extend the penis length by up to half an inch in erect state.

The inventor of the Jes-Extender – The first penis traction device

Jørn Ege Siana, a Danish plastic surgeon, and the inventor of the Jes-Extender, made a study and documented the progress of eighteen volunteers who gladly strapped their penises with the device for 12 hours a day, everyday, for over a period of 6 months.

After the first eight weeks, the volunteers had stretched their erect penises by about 17 percent, and after 6 months, they were able to stretch it to an impressive 29 percent.

Clinical trial results showed that the men who used a traction device had achieved a higher success rate than those who had lengthening surgery.

If you have noticed, the volunteers who gained an impressive penis length and girth wore it for 12 hours a day, everyday for a year.

So, evidently, a penis traction device can give you a bigger penis. But the question that you should be asking is this: Do you think you can endure the discomfort of having your dick stretched out for 12 hours for the next 12 months?

Pros and Cons of Penis Traction Device

When you think about it, just by wearing a traction device, you will be conveniently stretching your penis without the hassle of doing manual exercises like the jelq and stretching.

That is not actually true.

Let me tell you straight, from a guy who has tried using this device. Having your willy stretched for hours is never comfortable. Even with the ‘new’ comfort strap design, it still hurts most of the time, but at least the pain is tolerable.

The problem with the comfort strap is it doesn’t hold the penis long enough before it starts sliding down your pants and on to the floor. That is why it is never a good idea to wear it outside of the house especially when you are still starting the routine.

And if you use the old ‘noose’ it will hurt like hell, but can hold your penis much longer, and that’s before your penis turns blue and cold.

A good solution I would recommend if you decide to buy a penis traction device, is substitute the comfort strap with a Velcro. It holds the penis firmly without cutting off the blood circulation and so you can wear it without any slippage and embarrassment.

You just need to ask yourself if it’s worth it. Just think about all the women who’ll adore you because of the orgasm that they will be experiencing, plus, the fact that it will give you a tremendous boost in confidence.

    You can try to do some penis enlargement exercises to make it bigger. Exercises are one of the most effective, and fastest ways to add inches to your penis. However, you cannot use any technique that you wish. For exercises to be effective they need to be targeted and performed as accurately as possible.
